The newest and most exciting bean from Iacopi Farm! On a recent trip to Tuscany, Deborah and Mike Iacopi discovered this beautiful bean. They returned with 5# of seed beans, and after several years these Sorana Beans are finally ready to hit the market! We couldn't be more excited to share these beans with you, they are similar to cannellini beans but with a creamier texture and more robust flavor. Use them in soups, pastas, or pair them with some of our wonderful octopus.
