My family loves these! It's plain salmon, so we mix three of the 8oz portions with spices and panko to make our own burgers (we usually get 5-6 good size patties). We've been pan frying them for a quick and delicious dinner.
These were super and we will definitely order again. I served simply,
seared on the outside and med rare on the inside, remoulade on the
top, and they were tender and juicy and lovely with just a big salad
on the side.
